Licensed real estate broker / agent since 1986 with most of my sales experience in the Dallas area. My husband and I moved to the Tyler area to be near our children and grandchildren.
Liquidation and management of properties for Banks and Savings and Loans during the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.
Over 15 years in the mortgage business as originator, processor and owner of a branch office of a mortgage banker in Dallas.
Many years experience in the construction business as daughter of a homebuilder and currently the wife of a homebuilder and computer programmer.
My goal is and has always been to represent my customers as I would want to be represented by another agent. My experience in the building business and the mortgage business has given me knowledge of the real estate business that exceeds that of most agents. It thrills me to pass my experience and knowledge on to my customers in order to assist them in their search for property.
